Shorthand for nothing

Shorthand for nothing

Is the imminent, relentless, egotistical obfuscation of grandiose linguistc wittering

Into silence

Shorthand for nothing

Is the symbols carved into Jungian archaic rock bronzed from the sun of forgotten centuries

Shorthand for nothing

Is the sweet breath of innocence from a nuzzling lamb, nosing it’s way to sheepish slaughter

Shorthand for nothing

Is eloquence at the altar

Of unanswered questions

Shorthand for nothing

Is ponitificating

Within pointlessness.

  1. I once lived with a professional Journalist who had trouble with his UK exams for shorthand because it’s designed for the hand movements of right-handed people. Love the snowflakes on your blog :-)

    • Wow, I didn’t realise that.
My poem was slightly unrelated. But still, another line might be that shorthand for nothing is relying on the observations of right-handed people to tell stories we need to hear. O.o
      Thanks!
